Summer helped me through the difficult process of deciding what to do, as the owners had not set up prearrangments. I could not be happier with the service and care I received during all of these interactions. There was another team member who was also very kind when I went back to pick up the paw print, but I didn't get her name. I know my vet uses this establishment, as we have had 2 of our own babies cremated here. As far as a service you never want to have to use goes, I highly recommend A Pet's Memory.
