“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“My family and I had a memorial service today, July 11, 2024, in the Chapel of Nelms Memorial Funeral Home. First, I want to say that all of the interactions with the people at the funeral home leading up to the service were excellent! I was able to do everything via phone and text with no problems. The entire process was so satisfying and seamless that I didn’t even notice we were celebrating the life and passing of our beloved brother!
