“We can not recommend the use of this establishment. They wanted to charge us $7,245 + $450 for a cardboard casket to facilitate cremation of our mother. Another funeral service in close proximity charged us 40% of that value. I don't begrudge a reasonable profit, but this was taking advantage of people during a very vulnerable time. When I spoke with the owner and told him I thought the cost was unreasonable, he told me, "I guess you know my business better than I do."”

“I want to write my own review of Enfield Funeral home. My family has used Enfield's for many of my family members and friends. Their staff has the UP-MOST respect for the families they service!!! We work hand in hand with them on many occasions for the business we operate as well. We have set with persons in their last hours and we were not alone. Angie has been there along with us. When a family has no money they are not turned down. They are given the same respect as a person with millions of dollars. The care and respect they have at Enfield's that we have had the privilege to witness is outstanding. Death is not the easiest for anyone and alot of families are not there when someone is passing that is when they are there. No one should die alone.... together we make sure that does not happen if they are any of our residents. In response to the other reviews from people that don't live here in Norton.... maybe we should hear the whole story... not just yours? No service is free and I am sure their prices and payment plans are necessary on some occasions. Thank you to Angie, Sam, Larry, Diana, Kathleen and Dallas for everything you do for Norton and the area!!! You all go above and beyond for things done above and beyond your jobs!!!! You are a God send!!!!!”
