“Absolutely the worst experience I've had. My uncle died recently and I flew up on the same day to go to his funeral. Started at 5 in the morning and got there when I found out my flight was cancelled. When we got to the funeral home, the person in the front made me feel like I was some riff raff off the street. When I asked about the guest book, I was told it was up stairs and when I approached the stairs, I almost got tackled to the ground by the woman stating "Only family is allowed up stairs". The sad part is my cousin was there and she said the same thing occurred to her when she asked about the sign in book and she's much better looking than me, so most likely that person in the front was just an abrupt rude and uncaring person for others. I wish I would have gotten her name to place it here now. If your loved one dies, trust me, don't take them to this place, go bury them in the back yard, you'll get more satisfaction then taking it to a cold hearted, ugly place that this chapel is.”
