“Our family is extremely grateful to Colin for the wonderful “above and beyond” care he provided in planning and coordinating the Funeral Service for our Aunt Ruth in May, 2025. He was always available and immediately responsive to our questions and he anticipated many before we had to ask them. We live in CA and Colin offered personally to do errands for us to save us time and worry and expense. He did not have to do that. He followed through as, and when, he said he would. All during the day of the Catholic Service—from before it began to the last minute at the gravesite—he was flexible and professional. He knew when to fade into the background and when to step forward to guide things along. (BTW—also very important to me—he did not ever ask us or even hint for us to please provide feedback.
