“When there are other services, this one is not on my top 5. No coordination of vehicles or where people needed to drive to. At the site there was no sound and it was hot. No waters and minimal seats. Elderly guests were falling down from over heating since it was 30 minutes late to start. They used programs as fans but not the best. They joked about it not taking long but this is a service. The family was mourning. Still good facilities but mispronounced names etc.”
