“If I could give them a zero I would. Their staff reminds me of a bunch of used car sales people. When you walk in the office, they are on their phones scrolling and barely give you any attention. We made our appointment for the Monday after my mother died and during our appointment in a closed room, a male employee came in with a customer to sell a coffin. We were literally making arrangements for my mother’s remains, and they came through the door to sell a coffin. When I asked him if that was the usual practice, he simply responded with; “ this is our Only coffin room.” I told him they could’ve put us in a different room or he could’ve waited until after the meeting. We were given a timeline of 3 to 5 days For our mother’s remains to be ready for internment and it turned into almost 2 weeks. Before we left the day of the planning we were paid in full, and after that, it was nearly impossible getting any serious answers to when we could intern our mother. Sabrina Greenlawn claimed that they had sent the request and were waiting on a doctor signature, however, when we contacted the hospital and the health department they had not received any request. When we questioned her about it, she got snippy and said she had time stamped evidence. The time stamped evidence she provided was a handwritten invoice and a screenshot. Run from this place, use a small local business instead.”
