Robison Chapel has handled several other family funerals over the years, so I expected nothing less. Mike is one of the most caring, detail oriented people I have met yet he remains flexible to adjust as situations change. Most importantly, he truly cares about each family he serves. As we planned our service, he walked us through all the decisions and helped us to weigh the pros and cons of each. When an item we ordered arrived, he quickly inspected it and asked for a replacement as it didn't meet his high standards. It was comforting that he cared as much as we did. Additionally, he provided suggestion on the tasks we should complete quickly to safeguard my mother and others that could wait until we got our bearings. He was incredibly transparent and fair regarding pricing. Robison may be a smaller facility in the area, but they have the biggest heart and offer the most compassionate care in the most difficult time for a family.”

“Julie is so right about that. Comforting is supposed to be by family and friends. I guess they had no family or friends to comfort them. I have known Mike for 20 years, and he is a very professional person. So they do not want to impose on the family, and all they had to do was ask for more tissues, and they would have placed more out. They usually put them under the chairs at the funeral, and have a few boxes out. I have been going through Cancer, and the facility that I go to doesn't have any tissues out, you have to ask for some. But everyone grieves in their own time, and way, I have lost a lot of family members, and will be joining them soon, and I trust Robison's completely. I have had nothing but kindness and respect from all employees that work there. Now on the other hand, a lot of hospice nurse's don't do their jobs, and I have had to do it for them, or my friend, and mother would have died a lot sooner. So those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Also there was a reason why your father-in law went there, he trusted them to do their jobs. So if you want a quality funeral at a better price and quality then don't go to the Swan people, they have become a monopoly in this area, and their employees lie, and do not do their jobs, and sell inferior products as those offered by Robisons. I have arranged my service their, and my sister has also done her planning there, and my mother looked better than she had in a long time, they did a wonderful job in making her look like her again, and I will always miss her.”
