“BEWARE. ZERO STAR FUNERAL HOME I am beyond disgusted with this funeral home. The entire experience was absolutely horrendous. Not only did they bury my loved one’s ashes incorrectly, but when they finally recovered the box, it was damaged terribly. We saw it for ourselves, and to make matters worse, the staff didn’t even seem to care. The lack of respect and professionalism was infuriating. We had to wait weeks to get the ashes, and when we finally did, the box was in terrible condition. We also ordered a necklace, which took forever to arrive and wasn’t even worth the wait. The staff was completely indifferent and unhelpful, offering no compassion during this incredibly difficult time. This place is a disgrace. They should be ashamed of how they treated us. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone, and I will never return. Avoid them at all costs.”
