“Extremely difficult to get any information from, and when you do it's incorrect. Office person only work 9am-1pm from home, so constant children screaming in the background. They do not respond to voicemail or text, only the rare occasion you can actually get them on the phone, then half the time they are rude. I was originally told my mother's remains wound be ready for pick up after a little over a week, it took over 2 weeks. Her jewelry melted in the furnace which I was told it wouldn't do so all we got were useless scraps of a ring back. Overall a very bad and traumatic experience.”
