“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“When my mom went into hospice we talked to Earth Funeral Home about end of life plans. When she passed they came and got her very quickly even though it was the middle of the night. My only complaint about the whole thing was that it took over a month for them to have space for her, however, they were very good at communicating with us.
