“I was very concerned about properly honoring my mother when she passed away; I didn't think it was possible since she was an Angel on Earth. Thankfully, O'Brien-Sullivan took all of that off of our plate. They were very supportive and professional every step of the way. John Copeley was top notch, He personally saw to every detail. For example, he saw a floral arrangement that wasn't up-to-par and he removed it and replaced it immediately. He even hand-delivered some personal items to our home after the proceedings. This was a very classy thing to do (an otherwise lost art) They truly understand the magnitude and importance of these losses and they had us completely covered so we could all talk, share memories, and celebrate life (which is exactly what my Mom would've wanted) Our large family has trusted them in our time of need for over 25 years as they have now laid to rest our Mom and our Dad. We can admittedly be "tough customers" at times but O'Brien-Sullivan gets all A's.
