SOMEONE IS EITHER STEALING FLOWERS OR THROWING THEM AWAY. I have called the office twice and today I personally went in to speak with them. There answer is we cannot monitor the flowers. No one asked me where my Grandparents are or their last name. I am furious. They just kept saying the same thing we can't monitor the flowers.
