Robin managed everything perfectly. She even dealt with a catering issue that I later found out about without impacting our family and ensuring the day was free of stress. When thrown a curveball about audio-visual needs day of, Ryan managed to quickly find a solution to accommodate my cousin's music. Ryan also exemplified himself by noticing my mother having difficulty swallowing and quickly brought her a cold water which alleviated her issue. Tristan and Joe were extremely helpful with all the little things (cards, coins, guest book, etc.) that drove perfection that day. As a final special touch, Bill added Navy markings to the hearse to recognize my grandfather's military service.
