“I'm giving this funeral home a two star because they falsely took a marriage certificate by a woman that was not my mother stating that she was married to my dad. They knew that it was fake but yet they still took it. And when I tried to get it fixed they told me I had to contact vital records in Santa Fe New Mexico which I did vital records did not help me either. The VA here in San Antonio Texas contacted the funeral home and did say that my mother was legally married to my dad and that they needed to put her name on the death certificate but they still proceeded to put the other lady's name on the death certificate because she gave them a false and fake marriage certificate that she had. So that is why I am leaving them a two star. None of them there were very helpful either because they were all kind of rude didn't want to help me and that is fine I'll get this fixed one way or another but I just find it funny how they can falsely take certificates that are not real and the guy that I spoke to before a while back when my mother was still alive trying to get this fixed stated that it was a false deal and he did look at it and it did look fake but he couldn't do anything about it because my mother was not present we were not going to travel all the way to Mexico to identify a body when we didn't even know my dad had passed away. But that's okay like I said none of them were any help they were all rude just as much as the vital records people were. I'm sure they have wonderful services and everything like that but as I stated they were very very rude and we're not very helpful at all so that is why I am leaving this review.”
