“To whom it may concern my husband passed away at Spartenburg Hospital and we had to have him sent back to Maryland and I was quoted 2 different prices . I called the boss of the funeral home he said that he hires the best embalming people. They ended up decreasing the second price and didn't offer any money. The people had glued his lips all wrong with no smile and they pushed the lips up like an old man. I'm very upset with the ending results. I have never heard of a funeral home not taking insurance. I paid in cash for the services they provided. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I would not recommend this place. They also made me wait for the death certificates and I had to pay them 10.00 to get them in a day after waiting 2 weeks. They didn't respond the emails or phone calls efficiently. Do not use this company and they don't deserve 1 star !! Thank you !!”

“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. THEY HAD THE WRONG DECEASED PERSON DRESSED IN MY GRANDMOTHERS CLOTHES AND HAIR. They did not bring in the floral arrangements until the service was ending. They ended our funeral with a full blown ADVERTISEMENT about being a “21 century cutting edge funeral home” STAY FAR AWAY. Oh…..and all the viewing rooms are wide open. As we were entering the building walking down the hall to the Chapel I was able to witness at least 4 other dead loved ones of people I don’t even know. Where’s the respect and privacy?!?”
