“Mom was almost 96 and over a year of declining and deteriorating health she passed. Rich and Thompson's staff took the kindest most professional care of mom and our family through the funeral process. I was anxious for the grand kids and great grandkids to see their grandma in her casket, but with our everlasting gratitude, she looked like the sweet and loving grandma they had and would always remember.
