“One of the worst experiences I have ever had. My dog of 15 years had to be put to sleep rather suddenly on July 24th, so we asked Morgan's funeral home to handle the cremation, as they offer this service. In the rush, we forgot to remove his collar and asked Morgan to please save it for us. I picked up his ashes on July 26th and he informed me "he got in a hurry and forgot to remove his collar". Accidents happen, I get it, but he made no offer to make things right. He didn't offer any money back, not a new keepsake to replace the one he lost, nothing. He also failed to provide a certificate of cremation, something standard with every cremation. I walked out of there devistated. I called back later and demaded my certificate along with a refund for such horrible service. When I went back several days later to get my refund and certificate, I asked him why he failed to provide such a basic document. He said they don't usually do them, I pointed out that it was included in the package and listed in the brochure, his response? "We don't print the brochures". Avoid this place at all costs, I certainly hope they handle their human clients better than their 4 legged ones.”
