“Well first I would like to say. That when I did call they were able to get the issue resolved immediately. But I still had to call. Recently, I had someone pass. Someone came and picked up the body and that was that. Since it was a cremation we just figured it would be quick. A week and a half go by we get a call saying that the ashes will not be ready til next week Wednesday which would be 2 weeks. We had order the urn and scheduled the funeral already. So I called and spoke with a lady over the phone and she was able to have it ready the next day which was right before the funeral. I am thankful for the quick response but I really don’t like that We had to wait so long anyway and I had to call to get anything expedite. Please work on you all communication because had we had known this before we probably would have pre-paid somewhere else.”
