“Joel said he was taking care of our loved one but when discussing the cost of the services he changed it twice saying he was working with us but at the end he didn't honor what he offered us and charged my aunt with the highest amount and we didn't even get a viewing so unprofessional I would not recommend this for anyone sorry to say but all they're in for it is the money and we let him know we want the ashes separated we have yet to see if he will honor his word and send the ashes to each of the siblings as he originally said he would do, she gets cremated tomorrow morning I really hope he doesn't disappoint and we have an email and a recording him saying that most definitely Mary would be cremated and separated and shipped to each of the siblings. He gave us three different amounts saying he's going to work with us but as soon as we gave my aunt the money to pay he charged her the most that he could so he went back on his word and denies he even dropped the price so that's what I mean by unprofessional. I believe he put in a judgment for the state to pay for her services and pocketed the rest of the money that's just how I feel and the saddest thing about all this is I doubt we're even going to get her ashes who knows what they're going to send us if they even send us anything. And after he got paid the worst thing too is he became very disrespectful saying that he doesn't need to talk to us anymore and said we were threatening when we were not we were just requesting for the cremation and the ashes and to put mary to rest .”
