“SICK!! The Woman Funeral Director that called me back on the phone this morning has absolutely ZERO compassion for grieving family members, and a nasty argumentative attitude. Oregon law is absolutely bs when it comes to deceased patients and a drug addict wife vs. the loving family. I lost power of attorney of my father when he passed, he then laid dead in the hospital morgue for 21 days, the another 7 in the funeral home (this place) because his “wife” was unreachable. I called crying this morning to request my dad’s ashes and death certificate, 3 months later, AFTER I’ve been given full power to represent his estate, signed by the judge. And the lady is still, no compassion, no help, arguing with me. She stated “he didn’t just lay here” which yes he did in fact. I asked about his ashes she snapped back “his wife picked them up a couple weeks ago” very rudely. Point being, the lady is unfit to be handling grieving family members. If I had my choice like originally planned, he would have never even been there. My dad has passed away and us kids will never get his ashes and she pretty much told me they wouldn’t give me his death certificate either. They have to run it by his “wife” first.”

Tyler was amazing and made everything very simple and easy for us. Her urn was the perfect one for her. They even gave us a velvet heart for it to be in and a red rose when we picked her up.
