“Leaving reviews on both locations because we had business with both. At this location my family was again given the run around about everything, over 24 hour waits for return calls. We submitted paperwork to be completed and when I attempted to pick it back up I was told it would be ready for pickup by 10am from qiona and when I arrived to the location I was greeted by Andrea who seemed nice. I was lead to her office where I had to wait over a hour because the paperwork had not been completed at all so I had to sit there while they supposedly sent it back and forth between locations for signatures and whatever else they needed. A absolute headache. Not a good way at all to treat families dealing with a sudden death from a loved one. Chatman-Harris treated us like crap.”
