He responded to my text messages promptly and answered every question, no matter how big or small, with patience and clarity. Jacob’s responsiveness made all the difference. Whenever I had a concern or needed information, he was quick to reply, giving us peace of mind and confidence that we were in good hands. His attention to detail was evident in every interaction. At the last minute, I realized we might need a Pastor to speak at the service. Jacob immediately coordinated with the on-site Pastor, ensuring we had someone available should our requested Pastor not be able to attend. Thankfully, our Pastor arrived, but it was comforting to know Jacob had already planned for every possibility. The service at DeVargas Funeral Home went smoothly, and the funeral at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with full honors was absolutely beautiful. Jacob and I communicated throughout regarding the required paperwork from the Veterans Record Department to ensure my brother's burial at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, allowing us to focus on honoring our loved one. Jacob’s professionalism, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail truly set him apart. DeVargas was there to support us after our mother passed. Every single person we interacted with was compassionate and gentle. I couldn't be more grateful to them. Jennie was our main contact during the planning. She even reached out regarding our plans when she was off from work and home sick. Jennie went above and beyond for us. She held our hand through every single step, which was so helpful since we didn't know where to start.
