“On 02/06/2026, we laid my mom to rest ✝️ at her eternal resting place. Luna Family Funeral Home - Arlington did an amazing job with their funeral services for my mom. They showed our family so much compassion💓 and respect. You can tell their heart is in this. They are kind, respectful, bilingual and so full of knowledge to share. Sadly, planning a funeral/burial is an experience that nobody wants to go through, however, knowing that the team at Luna Family Funeral Home-Arlington is able to help along the way, is quite reassuring. From the moment we spoke on the phone, Lilly was compassionate and caring. She truly empathized for our loss. She was able to make a same day appointment for us to visit with her. She was warm and welcoming. The chapel had beautiful, comfortable, extra cushiony chairs to sit in. Comfort is key in difficult times. She has multiple televisions to watch slideshows on, as well as a very nice sound system to hear from. Visiting with Lilly was a delight, she listened, keyword here: LISTENED. She patiently listened to what we had in mind and our vision. She was focused on what our wants/needs were and she provided insight. She is transparent on what can be done and what expenses we'd be looking at. She broke everything down for us and let us know if we have any questions or anything come up to reach out to her. She was available when we called and was available to us when we needed to swing by and drop something off. Lilly is a staple in the community and is part of the community! We love her location, it's actually conveniently located within our stomping grounds! My mom used to be the apartment manager at Regency Apartments, we used to shop at Elrod's Cost Plus (now, Food Land), eat at Ocean Chinese Restaurant (across the street), Sac 'n Save (now, El Rancho) & so many other places. She is a staple in the community and Im glad they're around! Although, nobody ever wants to lay someone to rest, it's reassuring to know that Lilly and her team at Luna Funeral Home-Arlington can provide services such as burial, cremation, even out of state/country transport. She can facilitate these things for you and always do it respectfully and honorably. She did it for us! They went above and beyond with their hospitality and honored our Mom to the fullest! 💞 We are forever grateful to Lilly and her team at Luna Funeral Home-Arlington.”
