“The owner lied to us about the condition of our loved one in order to try and rush us into doing a private viewing instead of a public one, where a rental casket "would not be available". "She will need to have gloves on," according to her. We just ended up using a table. Turns out her hands were just fine : ) They also tried to push an extra $400 fine on us because they "accidentally" sent the body to the wrong funeral home. They were insisting on using life insurance to cover the costs of the process, but didn't mention that we could use a credit card until we could ask. Suddenly she's in a much better mood. It would have been nice to know that information from the start, but oh well. "You live and you learn," as the owner says. Thankfully this will be the last time we have to deal with them.”
