“Do not hire this corporate greed filled funeral home to do your loved ones services. It has been an absolute nightmare and when we switched funeral homes we find out our daughter was not stored or embalmed properly so we can no longer have a viewing, they deny everything and no longer respond to phone calls. The same funeral home we switched too also picked up 3 more people from sunset northwest with the exact same treatment. We will be hiring an attorney as they robbed us of our opportunity to say goodbye because they don’t care to properly do their job.”

“The absolute worst experience! Joseph the funeral director went on vacation and apparently nobody else at the funeral home has access to any information about my mother. We were scheduled for a rosary and celebration of life ceremony. I spent 3 weeks rummaging through boxes to find over 80 pictures of my mother. I listened to hours of music to come up with the perfect Playlist but all for nothing because Joseph went on vacation and didn't pass any information over to his substitute so the "celebration" had 1 picture and no music!!! I'm very angry! I fired them and removed my mother's ashes from the funeral home. I do not trust they are competent enough to handle the funeral service. I really want to vomit this place makes me so sick. It's the most unprofessional place I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. I cannot emphasize enough how much this place SUCKS! Do better for your loved ones please!”
