“Unfortunately, my brother passed away unexpectedly in Gilbert, Arizona and I live in Tucson, Arizona. I did not know where to go to have him cremated,as I am not familiar with the area and businesses there. I was mostly in touch with David and he was very pleasant and helpful. Also, very easy to communicate with When I went to pick up the ashes, David, had everything in order ,explained everything in detail about the death certificates, etc. Afterwards, Julie followed up with a check in and to see how we were all doing. They also sent us a plan on things to do after the funeral, which was very helpful. She touched base again later to send a grief support link.
