“My husband is bured next to my mom and Dad on Sunset hills on frank rd the people who take care of is ridiculously dumb they don't care if it was there relatives or wifes or parents i bet they would take care of it much better they treat all of our family members like dirt just like they put on our casket when they bury us i have told them and reported them need to get rid of this people and find better help people who care about our loved ones I am so distraught on how my mom and Dad stone is it is falling down sinking and many others are doing the same think it is noticeable they dont want us to fix it cause they just want to mow right over the stone or trim that is awful this is our love ones respect them as you would your own family members I wish I could win millions of dollars are would move my parents and my husband away from that cemetery and make sure everyone knows how badly they treat there love ones find another cemetery don't take them there not a good place for your family member to be buried there I am grieving my husband and feel terrible when I go visit them to see how they are being taking care of makes me sick”

“I wish I could give them zero stars! The employees work on commission. If you talk to them, be prepared for pushiness. They will do anything to upsell you. It's such a horrible thing to do to a grieving family. And they are disorganized and lose paperwork. Then they expect you to deal with extra appointments and phone calls to clean up their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs!”

“When my dad died in 2002, the funeral home took care of everything. When mom died 7 years later, I was told I had to go to the cemetery office to "confirm the gravesite". It turns out that new management had taken over and it was a ruse to get a family member there to sell them a plot. It was all I could do to contain my rage as I listened to the sales pitch.
