Suzette handled my billing and booking and she has been an angel during and even after the process. Ms. Nancy was there the day of the actual service and she attended to us and all of our needs. She exceeded my expectations. We didn’t feel rushed during our viewing and Ms. Nancy even help me set up the decoration. I can’t express the words of gratitude I have for these two women. You would think working in this business they would desensitized, but the level of compassion and empathy these two have is unmatched. I hope you all read this and book with them. The bird road location was so cozy, with old school Hispanic mom decor . I viewed several funeral homes and it was my favorite for my mother.”

“We initially chose this funeral home because, during our first call, the Owner Diana was very welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions. She was available and attentive before we decided to proceed with them Unfortunately, once we paid and finalized arrangements, the owner’s demeanor completely changed. From the beginning, we were told by the owner, Diana, that if we paid upfront, we would be reimbursed as soon as they received payment from the insurance company. The insurance funds were received by them on August 13, 2025, yet as of September 2, 2025, we still have not been reimbursed the $7,500 that rightfully belongs to us. As per our insurance the check was received and cashed since 8-20-25 Throughout this process, every phone call was met with a different excuse. When Diana finally responded, she explained she had been on vacation and later claimed she had 30 days to issue reimbursement—a policy that was never mentioned when we coordinated services. Losing a loved one is already a difficult time, and dealing with unnecessary delays and unprofessional behavior only makes it harder. Please consider taking your services elsewhere, to a funeral home that will treat your family with compassion and respect both before and after payment is made. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this establishment. READ ALL BAD REVIEWS THERE IS MORE THAN ANY other funeral home in miami Avoid this place at all cost”
