“Can I see your General Price List?”

“While no one ever wants to have to work with a funeral home, I am very thankful that we chose Bohelnder for our needs. We liked them from our first phone call and had been told by the coroner to call around to different funeral homes and could tell from our first call that this was who we wanted to work with. Never once did they try and upsell or pressure us in any direction (others did). They were upfront about the costs and never did anything without discussing it with me too, I appreciated the financial transparency as the death of my husband was completely unexpected. Even how they gave us the remains, certificates etc was nicely put together and not just thrown in a bag (not sure what I expected). Scout, Kristen and Renee were all exceptional and so kind. I also had some extra requests for things like a certain death certificate and they went above and beyond in helping me. When the time comes again that we need a funeral home we will definitely use them and I truly can’t thank them enough for being so helpful, kind and compassionate during an extremely hard time in our lives.”
