“If you would like to have this hard time for your family to be even harder, go to this place. They were unprofessional and disorginized. They had our family waiting in our cars and didnt even have their own facilities. Their transpertation was late and they communicated poorly. Im serious people, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I confronted one of the employees after a 3rd unprofessional occurance. And then the owner proceeded to tell the grieving grandmother how I called her unprofessional and pleaded her case. Mind you, she did this during the family viewing!!”
