“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“My mom recently passed away and we held her funeral at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. (She already had a plot there). Their entire team were unbelievable. The life story collage done by Tom Jones was excellent, Simona Rolhf was just wonderful as director and mom looked great. Norma was excellent as well. The celebrant chosen to speak for mom was Bill Cole. Even their choice for him was great. He spoke and talked wonderful. The reception area was made up perfect for mom and the food was good. They were all Very helpful and caring and they keep the grounds very nice. I highly recommend using their team when ever the unfortunate time comes when they are needed. As difficult as it is to see your loved go, they made the process easy for me and everything was so beautiful and beautifully done. Even the horse and carriage was top notch.”
