“I called the family run Dillon - Baxter Funeral Home recently to arrange my mother's funeral services. From the moment I heard Jerry Baxter Jr.'s calm and caring voice I knew we would be in great hands. At our initial meeting he immediately brought my brothers and I great comfort and eased our fears of getting through this emotional process. We knew as he began to guide us and handle the many details with great thought, care and attention that he and his staff would treat our Mom like his own and give her the service she deserved and that we envisioned for her. Jerry explained all service options, prices were reasonable and we never felt any pressure to choose something more expensive than we wanted. The night of the wake we could see the thought that went into arranging the room with her pictures, flowers, music and a video screen. We were especially pleased with how his staff captured my Mom's likeness from a photo we had given him. She looked beautiful. The funeral service was was carried out in the same fashion. Jerry Baxter Sr. has certainly instilled high service standards for his family of compassionate professionals. This was demonstrated by his son and another staff member we worked with, Sue, who was especially kind, helpful and patient with any questions and concerns we had. My family and I are so grateful to Jerry and the entire staff of Dillon-Baxter and would highly recommend them to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. We know their commitment to outstanding service and caring ways will see them through a difficult time.”

“I can not say enough about how amazing and professional all of the staff was at Dillon-Baxter. I was faced with an untimely death of a young person and had no experience in the process; all the staff were so compassionate, patient and helpful. They took care of all our requests with such ease and were beyond willing to help with any questions and referrals. Not only were they amazing with the actual arrangements, they were all so personally compassionate towards my family and I. My family member was prepared amazing on the day and everything was beautiful. Special mention to Nicole, she was more than spectacular during this process, so compassionate and relatable. I really thank them for making this difficult time a little less difficult.”
