“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gorny and Gorny. I actually called them by mistake after mixing up names, and it turned out to be the best mistake I’ve ever made. From the very beginning, Emilio and his entire team were nothing short of angels. Every single person we worked with (Emilio, Victoria, Valentina, Kristen, and Angel) radiated compassion in a way that is hard to put into words. I hardly ever remember people’s names, but I remember all of theirs, which says so much about the impression they left on me and my family. What made Gorny and Gorny so extraordinary was the attention to the little details. They created a beautiful sign by the guest book with my dad’s name, and because he was a mechanic, they thoughtfully added a small graphic of tools…a gesture that meant the world to us. We also asked if we could bring my dad’s dog before the service, and not only did they say yes, but Emilio went above and beyond by setting up a special little spot with a sign and a doggy bowl. These details, though small, spoke volumes about how much they truly care. Losing my dad at just 59 years old has been the hardest experience of my life, but Gorny and Gorny made this incredibly painful time a little more bearable. Their compassion, thoughtfulness, and genuine care will stay with me forever. I will always be grateful that they played a role in this final part of my dad’s life.”
