“I would leave a half start if I could. Absolutely the worst experience that I’ve ever been through in my life. I have several family members buried at Berry and each incident has been an absolute nightmare. Once they get your money, you don’t hear from them. It has been almost 4 months since my mother has died, and they still do not have her name engraved on them the headstone although it’s been paid LONG ago. Staff is kind, but not communicative. I’ve had to call multiple occasions to inquire about the status and initially I was told it would be done in a month and now have been told that could take up to four months. It had been over four months !!!!!!!!They do not have an engraver locally. The engraver lives in Georgia and only comes at his convenience and apparently( once a quarter . This Funeral Home should be ashamed of their of the poor service that they provide to those who are grieving and the lack of respect for the dead . If I had a choice, I would move four generations of my family out of there. My next step is to report them the BBB.”
