“Faithful Companion was extremely helpful as we navigated the process of handling and memorializing our recently passed cat. Their hours made it convenient for us to bring our cat to them in the evening after her passing rather than having to keep our cat's body overnight and they were very accommodating to how we wanted things (e.g., we requested to not have the heart gem stones on our paw print clay mold and they happily obliged). The standard box is very nice (we opted for this so we could take our time deciding on an urn--the remains come in a bag within a bag and inside a box so they can be transferred to an urn we decide on at a later date) and their paws print molds are very well done and they even come with stands. They also clipped portions of her fur and we chose to have nose print and paw print inks made. They gave us space and time to say goodbye without being rushed and showed a lot of compassion. Everything was completed within a few days time and there is a tag that followed her the whole time to ensure that it was only her remains that we received. They provide quality service and we're sure others will be just as happy to go with them when the unfortunate time comes to memorialize a loved pet.”

“I want to thank Faithful Companion for taking great care of my cat Alice. She passed at an emergency vet and they took care of my special instructions (polydactyl paw print). They returned her to me more quickly than I expected. I could not afford a special urn but the standard wood one is very nice. The office called to tell me everything was complete which put my mind at ease while I waited for the delivery. I was glad they brought it to my house instead of anything going in the mail. The person who delivered it was very nice and asked how I am doing. There was a little bag which included grief support materials and a bookmark.
