“My mom paid in advance for her service thru them she changed her mind and wanted everything done in Alabama I reached out to these people in November when my mom passed to have her money sent to new funeral home and here we are closing out January of a new year and they still have not sent my mom’s money she paid to them!!!! Don’t do any prepayment with this funeral home wouldn’t want anyone else to go thru this crap!!! Every time I call I get the same dam excuse it goes thru out trust company there’s a process!!! I’m sorry to say it should not take this long if you do your dam job‼️‼️🔥🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬”
