“I had to leave this honest review because I was so disappointed in the service received by this business. A guest of our even noticed how she was acting towards me. Let me start by saying they made us feel like we did not have another choice in funeral services once they had our loved one in their hands. Poor customer service skills and never were they sympathetic.never a kind word of Condolences were spoke. We just lost the person that meant the most to us. Had I known how I would have been treated ahead I would never have chose this place. We try and choose buissness in our neighborhoods to shop local .The owner was so rude and dry. I have never in my life felt so disrespected by the way she made me feel. I had the daughter of the deceased in my vehicle and was treated so risky instead of asking what she could do to help the situation and accommodating us. Instead we were given a Horrible attitude with eye rolling. Some of the staff were also acting rude. They must not like the business they are in. Because you can honestly tell by the attitudes. Their customer service skills were horrible. Next time they should make their customers feel welcomed. If you are looking for 5 star treatment and A+ service try Curley funeral in Oaklawn. You will be treated with the upmost respect and given red carpet treatment. This will be the last time any family member use this funeral home. For me it’s a hard no. I am also in the hospitality industry and I know what is expected. Hope this helps.”

“I would love to thank everyone at Wolniak, our mother passed away June 2024. This was the first time my family and I had to prepare or coordinate a funeral arrangement. From meeting with Tom, then Angel, working with Yolanda and other amazing staff members they assisted in making this process and smooth as possible for us during this time of grieve. Professionalism 100%, staff closed the coffee area 30 min prior to the end, they cleaned up for us and had all the leftovers ready and organized for us to take home. The following day, they did an amazing job allowing my dad then immediate family following from Wolniak to the church service then to the cemetery. They checked in with us frequently and made sure we didn't have to worry about anything besides spend our time as a family together grieving our loss.”
