“Our family has had to use this particular funeral home twice. The very first time we didn’t know where to start, so many questions crossed our minds. We gave him a call. He was very nice. Came to our home and began giving us all the information we needed to know. Sometimes the same question would get asked and he would re answer it without being annoyed. “They did a good Job, on the funeral “but they ran lilttle late”. But communication, skills are not there. It’s been three months and still haven’t received my moms ashes, took two months for death certificate. If you use them, please buy the ERN some where else. Gave them 3 stars, because the service was nice and they are nice people, they just need better communication skills. And you don’t get what you pay for..When conducting the funeral arrangements after everything is done. Anyways they get the most important, thing by taking care of your loved one after death.”
