“Can I see your General Price List?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
The FTC Funeral Rule protects you. Every funeral home must provide an itemized General Price List if you ask — in person or over the phone. You are never required to buy a package and can choose services individually. You also have the right to use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I usually don't take time to write reviews but this cannot be left unsaid. The bedside manner of this place is absolutely horrible. The name calling and rudeness that came from this staff is ridiculous. Because we are not rich and was watching what we spent we got called poor multiple times. Now jumping to the service the speaker Taylor stein was absolutely perfect he was kind understanding and passionate and I hope that he moves on from this place! But the elderly lady and the lady that works the front desk were absolutely as rude as they could be. Now I'm not writing this post to bash them but to bring it to the attention. If you're going to work in a funeral home with people who are grieving the Lost of a loved one your bedside manner should be absolutely 100% compassionate and kind. Not the cold and rudeness that my family received! Then on top of everything after purchasing a headstone that they knew we had purchased! when it came in they said it wasn't approved for the location which should have been discussed when we told them we ordered a headstone! Not after it arived! I'm very disappointed! To be honest if I had the money to move my loved one to another location I absolutely would!!!!!”

“Was disappointed today, Veterans Day, as I came up to my dads grave, to see the lawn care four wheeler parked over the end of some graves IN the veteran section. I understand the need for the lawn care, but honestly should’ve been done before the day set aside for showing respect to our veterans rather than 11am the day of. Frustrated as well by the nonchalant attitude shown by one member of the staff when I went inside and brought this to their attention. There was ample room to have parked this vehicle further from the graves. Especially on a day when families are going to be out paying respect to their loved ones.”
