“When my father passed away at home late in the evening on February 14, 2026, my mother chose Holloway Funeral Home to take care of my dad's arrangements. I was impressed when the transporters from Holloway's showed up in suits at 1 am. They were very professional and caring from the moment they arrived until their departure. Three days later, that same level of care and kindness carried on when I pulled into the parking lot at Holloway's. Hannah Marshall greeted my mom and I outside to ensure we knew where to go. Hannah was very down to earth and explained everything with compasion. Due to construction at the funeral home and pre planned travel, my dad's service was held on March 7th. So many people csme to me after the service saying how beautiful it was. The texts and calls I received the next day was nothing but positivity. Everyone has thanked me for such an extraordinary service but I can't take credit for any of it. All I did was provide Hannah with our wishes and every single one was met. She along with Jon Beall made this experience so easy. Hannah recommended Pastor Howard Travers to perform the service and he held the same standard. Over the two and a half weeks of communication with Hannah, she kept saying that she was going to be with us every step of the way and she was indeed. The funeral home is beautiful, the chapel was set up beautifully, the slide show was perfect, the directors were attentive. I cannot say enough of how this difficult situation was made easy by the staff at Holloway's. I will 100% recommend Holloway Funeral Home to anyone needing arrangements for their loved ones, including pets. Holloway Funeral Home also helped us three years ago with our beloved fur baby and showed nothing but compassion. I would have given more than five stars if I could.”
