Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate—it was clear they truly care about their work and the families they serve. We are deeply grateful for the thoughtfulness and consideration shown to our family throughout the process. We also hope the token of appreciation we sent in November 2025 was enjoyed by the office—it was a small gesture to say thank you to a wonderful team. While I don’t know everyone’s name, we worked closely with Vashti and Greg, and they were absolutely phenomenal. We cannot thank you all enough for everything you’ve done for our family.”

“My family recently used the Douglasville location, and while the overall service and setup were beautiful, our experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of two staff members—Ms. Keisha (blonde and brown braids)and Ms. Cheryl (ponytail)—who drove two of the three family cars. Unfortunately, both displayed unprofessional and unpleasant attitudes throughout the service. Their demeanor came across as irritated and dismissive, which was especially disappointing during such an emotional time. In contrast, Ms. Cox was incredibly kind and professional, and we truly appreciated her support. One particularly inappropriate moment occurred as we were leaving the building and Ms. Cheryl remarked, “Y’all ain’t gotta go home but you gotta get up outta here.” This comment was not said in jest and felt completely out of place and disrespectful. Additionally, Ms. Keisha got into a verbal exchange with a family member and spoke condescendingly to others. Her tone and body language made it clear that she was ready to leave and was not interested in accommodating our needs, especially when we paused for photos. The lack of patience and compassion from Ms. Keisha and Ms. Cheryl was deeply disappointing. It’s unfortunate that their behavior overshadowed what could have been a completely positive experience.”
