I wanted Alfords and before i could make that decision he took an informational conversation as the go ahead. So i settled. He took forever to want to help me. He rushed my babies funeral it ended almost a hour and a half early. He rushed putting my baby in the ground. I was given vouchers for my child that i have told him what to spend the money on and more than a month later he is threatening to send the voucher back if im "unsatisfied with what he is doing."
