“My family and I are very grateful to the entire staff at D’Esopo for helping us to take care of my mom and dad who passed away three years apart. We chose them in October 2025 to help us make prearrangements for my dad because they had taken such good care of my mom. Lionel and AJ were kind and compassionate while assisting my dad to make his choices. They were professional but also very friendly when meeting with us. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions during the first meeting. When we thought of follow up questions, Lionel and AJ both returned our calls very quickly, did any research necessary, communicated with the cemetary, and were able to reassure us that all of the details were completed. It was a comfort to rely on them and to know they would handle everything effectively and efficiently. In addition, Joan is a lovely, gentle member of the staff who helped us choose poems and prayer cards. She helped to coordinate things and always made time for me whenever I called. David and Becky were professional and respectful when they came to our home to transport my father. My family appreciated their service. Kelly and Mike guided our ceremony at the cemetery, and they were especially thoughtful and helped us to celebrate my dad’s life.
