“My sister passed away and was scheduled for cremation . I was told by Jerry that I could be present during the cremation phase. Kept checking in to confirm the schedule for about three weeks. Finally received a call from Jerry that cremation had been performed and her ashes was at his facility. Was also informed by Jerry that the crematory located in Poca Wv has a rule that no one can witness the process. I was told that I could when Jerry gladly accepted my payment. Don’t use O’Dell if you want good service”
