My mom lived in California, and making arrangements to transfer her to Florida could have been an incredibly stressful experience. However, Andrew’s kindness, professionalism, and care made the process smooth and comforting from start to finish. Andrew was with us every step of the way. Whether by text or phone call, he was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure that every detail was handled with precision and respect. His dedication and calm demeanor helped ease the burden during a very emotional time for our family. The funeral and burial took place during the weekend of October 11, 2024 precisely as Hurricane Milton was passing through Melbourne, Florida. Despite the potential for disruption, Andrew’s unwavering support and reassurance encouraged us to move forward with the proceedings. His calm and steady presence helped us maintain our composure during uncertain conditions. Remarkably, on the day of the burial, October 12, the storm cleared, and the sun shone brightly with a cool breeze, creating a serene and beautiful atmosphere. It was heartwarming to lay my mom to rest under such perfect conditions, surrounded by friends and family. From the moment we arrived in Florida, Andrew’s commitment to excellence shone through. He greeted us ahead of time, showed us the burial site, and was present during the entire ceremony. He ensured that every aspect, from the music to the refreshments, was perfectly arranged. His meticulous planning and personal touch gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on honoring my mom’s memory. “How would you feel if your loved one was buried in an unmarked grave for 2 years? My grandfather was buried at fountainhead in June 2022. After the funeral my mother purchased a gravestone that costed over $3000. It is January 2024 and his grave is still completely unmarked. Every few months Solaey or Shanna promises the burial site will be ready in 2-3 months only for nothing to happen and to never hear from anyone at Fountainhead unless we spend a whole day trying to reach management. The last time we spoke to Solaey in November we were promised to receive some sort of reimbursement for the wait and still we’ve heard nothing. My family is not rich and we’ve been paying interest on the $3000 gravestone for over a year and we have no update whatsoever on when we’ll actually receive it. This company used to be fantastic and wholesome when I had my grandmother buried in 2009 but since then they have become despicable and money-hungry with no care towards grieving families. My mother has trouble using the phone and they refuse to provide any information on the gravestone or its progress unless we are calling from her number even if my mother gave me full permission to resolve this situation that is extremely stessful for her. Avoid Fountainhead if you want a smooth farewell to your loved ones.”
