“I would highly recommend Keith & Keith funeral services. The staff were compassionate, caring and highly knowledgeable with helping me walk through the process of cremation for my mother. Our funeral director Jenny C and family service advisor Robin G. were both amazing to work with. I actually went to school with Jen, so I knew my mother and I were in good hands. My mother also loved Jenny, so it just felt like it was meant to be. It was late at night at the hospital when I needed to make a decision on which funeral home my mom would go to, I finally had some time to call Keith & Keith and I needed to leave a voicemail. Jenny called me right back and offered her condolences and gave me estimates and information in a very compassionate and professional manner- she made it very helpful to understand the next steps for my mother. Jenny - Thank you again for making her journey onwards as smooth as possible. Robin was also a great help, very compassionate, professional, and a great sense of humor! Made me feel very comfortable and helped me tremendously in understanding the steps I needed to take to handle my mother's Estate and TO - DOs that I didn't even think of. Much stress was relieved with all of her knowledge and the available resource/information packet that I was given. Robin said one of her favorite colors was purple and her whole outfit matched of purple and that was also my mother's favorite color, so I knew my mom would have liked her as well. “Me and my husband Are from Seattle we came to Yakima looking for the perfect place to have our father-in-law’s funeral!! We went to a few different places, and we stumbled upon Keith and Keith funeral home. We met Jenifer She was an absolute gem and We let her know our circumstances, as we had spent a lot of money for a cremation, that another company overcharged us for! We Let her know our budget and she worked with us. Jenifer definitely made us feel like family. She showed us multiple places And reassured us that we were in good hands. She went above and beyond For me and my family she has a special touch and personality that lights up the room . we made special requests of a priest as we are a Catholic family that is both English and Spanish-speaking she found that for us and made sure the whole ceremony Went smoothly. The whole entire Team That works for Keith and Keith was absolutely amazing kind and attentive. Jennifer paid special attention to detail and accomplished everything we requested and if it wasn’t something she could do she came up with solutions and ideas that were similar She responded to all emails text messages, and reassured us when we may have felt stressed or overwhelmed , As I am slightly a perfectionist! This definitely was a celebration of life and it wouldn’t be as beautiful without her and her team. She’s very passionate about the families she works with along with The team that worked with her that day They felt like a part of our family!They provided us with so many small Gestures That were so huge to us ! Also Claire worked right beside Jenifer She also was absolutely wonderful Had small conversations with us to get to know us I did not feel like it was about money but how we as the family lost a love one . Jean was in charge of reception she did a phenomenal job Keeping everything stocked make sure my guests were full of love . Not only did they do a service at their facility. They also made sure we were taking care of at the gravesite with the beautiful ceremony of laying down father to rest. On a side note Looking for beautiful flowers? Yakima floral is the way to go!!”
