“It’s not easy to lose your mother and father within 3 months of each other. My parents split when I was 8 so it wasn’t a case of one couldn’t live without the other. We lost Mom on September 13, 2025 and it broke my heart. I had been her caregiver for 10 years and she was my life. Mom prepaid for her burial services with Forest Lawn. Our family had used Forest Lawn for perpetual care since 1979. Last count we had 11 loved ones in perpetual care at Forest Lawn. I went to go meet the ‘director’. She was so kind and not once did I feel pressured into anything. We decided set my Mom’s memorial service 6 weeks from the passing. I needed time to grieve and gather my wits. The weather needed to cool down. It all came off beautifully. The flowers Laci ordered were just gorgeous. Bryan, her counterpart, helped out on the day of the memorial and couldn’t have been kinder. He was just as dedicated as Laci. Forest Lawn you have a winning pair in those two. Don’t let them go. I will recommend Forest Lawn and encourage everyone to use their services. “Miss Lacey McLendon is a “God Send”!! Such a knowledgeable, beautiful, patient, loving understanding person! I am so blessed that Lacey handled my husband’s death with me!!
