“Please beware before you make arrangements. I was treated poorly at a time of deep sorrow and shock. My brother didn't include me in the arrangements but yet my signature was needed before cremation. I was expecting to be treated with compassion and that's not what I received when I asked to say goodbye to my mother who was taken from us unexpectedly. I was told they couldn't let me see her and the cost would be $700!!! If I had anything to do with where my mom got cremated it would have been somewhere else. I didn't deserve to be treated so poorly.”
