Miss Yolanda was in charge of my mom's presentation and the overall funeral arrangements. She made everything exceptional, from my mom's appearance to the coordination of the ceremony. It felt as though there had been a rehearsal before the funeral day, as she handled everything with such grace. The programs, bookmarks, balloons, and doves were all beautifully prepared and received many compliments from our guests, which continue to come in. “They revamped the building entirely, looks nice inside and outside. They were very understanding and professional, ( forgot his name ) but he was awesome with the contracts, conversations, the whole 9. Me and my family had to lay my Grandfather to rest who lived to be 82 ( due to prostate cancer and age ). The Agent was walking through the contracts etc. with my grandmother who is also 82 because it was difficult for her to keep up. He would also throw some jokes to lighten up the mood in the room a little bit, he also gave me and my family some great advice about cemeteries that were way to expensive and explained to us why in detail. All in all great service, Thank you.”

“I hope people families don't ever use this place because the way Michael spoke to me was insane. My father past during covid and it was a shock to us. We don't have any receipt showing that his funeral was paid off. I like to keep receipts just incase someone comes and say we owe when we do not. Anyway, I called and I was transferred to Michael to ask for a receipt. He was very nasty and rude, "if we didn't send you a bill then you don't owe us any money". I said sir can we get a receipt so we can have for our records showing my father balance was paid off. He went off the deep end talking at me. We are just at the point of grieving where we can live again. My family has been through a similar issue with a funeral home stating they don't have proof that payment because they system crashed and we had to bring receipts for money that was paid off years ago. So we just need a receipt not sure why it is an issue to get when it was not an issue to pay for his funeral. We are still waiting on a receipt to be emailed from Donald Trimble Mortuary.”
